Pools, Predators, and the Widdershins Codex
Session 1 ·
The party ventured deeper into the Doom Vault, navigating the treacherous Pools of Devotion. After overcoming necrotic horrors and aquatic predators, they secured a path forward through the Spawn Pools, where Julieta’s divine disguise allowed them to bypass guards and claim a glyph key. A sea hag was defeated and spared, revealing secrets before the group moved into the Blood Pools. There, they earned the trust of the local inhabitants by returning the remains of a fallen leader and interrupted a ritual, earning a sanctuary for rest. During their respite, they unlocked the mysteries of the Widdershins Codex, gaining powerful new artifacts and a loyal companion before settling in for the night.
